Tips Preventing and Overcoming stroke


Stroke is currently a lot of attacking urban communities. This happens because the lifestyle is unhealthy and irregular. Stress is a factor which becomes the cause of most strokes. You must be wise in dealing with stress and do not smoke.

Trigger the occurrence of stroke is due to blood clots, to prevent blood clots are advised to consume turmeric regularly because turmeric contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidant that can help lower the risk of stroke.

Some tips to prevent stroke:

1. Set a healthy diet, eat natural foods and beverages such as fish, tomatoes, apples, oranges and vegetables high in fiber and drink lots of water

2. Perform your favorite Sports routinely and regularly

3. Do not smoke (quit smoking)

4. Routine control of blood pressure and cholesterol.
